OTE $120k + Car

Our client is a well known, long established franchised new car dealership located in the Penrith area of Sydney. They have a vacancy for a New Car Sales Manager in their sales department. The dealership offers security of tenure, career advancement opportunities and a friendly working environment. The role oversees a popular franchise and a 10 day fortnight roster applies, with Sundays closed and one working day RDO. Saturday work is mandatory.

YOU'LL NEED

Applicants for this position must have current or recent franchised car dealership experience as a sales manager. Those with assistant sales manager or senior sales consultant experience will also be considered and are welcome to apply. You will have strong sales, closing, organisational and people handling skills, in addition to seeking a long term role and having drive, energy and motivational strength.

THE OFFER

Salary will consist of a retainer around $60k, super, Commission around $60k pa, Car and Super. OTE to $120k.
